Hermes-ACT app for iPhone and iPad

Hermes ACT Mobile gives healthcare service providers access to enter Medication Administration Records and Daily Activity Logs into the Hermes EMR for ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program clients.

After you log in, Hermes ACT can be used both online and offline. When online, use the Sync-Data function to upload data entered and sync with Hermes EMR Portal.

Hermes EMR is a complete Electronic Health Record system developed by Z-Geoinfo Inc. for its clients. This App is only for use by persons with a valid user credential set up via the Hermes EMR Portal and enabled for mobile access.

All operational questions should be directed to the organization running the Hermes EMR Portal.
